OUR STORY - ROOTS AND RESILIENCE
Every firm has an origin. Ours begins with a young woman in Russia, navigating life with purpose long before knowing where that path would lead. At 21, I moved to the United States with little more than conviction and curiosity. From a teenage job cleaning a sports center to managing multi-sectoral enterprises, my path was not paved - it was carved.
Yes, I still have an accent. No, it’s not going away.
And honestly, if you hear me speak and think, “Hmm, she sounds intense...”—you’re right. I’m Russian. We don’t do small talk. We do clarity, commitment, and strategic consequences. 😌
Each experience - from language barriers to learning U.S. business systems from scratch—was not a detour, but the design. Studies show that immigrant entrepreneurs are nearly twice as likely to start a business as U.S. born individuals, driven by adaptability, grit, and ambition (Harvard Business School, 2022).
From Defense Industry to Healthcare, Real Estate Development to Technology, my path led to the founding of Alpha-OPS Consulting in 2003 - created not from theory, but from transformation.
